Nickel Coating
Electrochemical nickel is a high purity coating (99.9% purity grade) with a consistent structure that adds durability to the surface. It is used for industrial application components requiring dimensional recovery after wear processes and/or corrosion protection in harsh environments. The deposit builds a metallic layer on the surface of the base material, reproducing its geometry and providing high performance that improves surface durability, such as corrosion protection, temperature resistance and good fatigue behaviour.
The experience acquired by our company allows deposits from a few microns to several millimetres, maintaining ductility performance on a wide variety of metal surfaces, at different scales, partially or on all components.
