Chrome Plating
Our company works with electrolytic hard chromium deposits with engineering applications where a layer of metallic chromium is formed on the surface of the base material providing high mechanical and anticorrosion performance, abrasion resistance and low friction coefficient.
Thicknesses of chrome metal are applied in the order of 50 to 500 microns on the surface and up to 1000 microns. It is used for technical applications in the industrial sector that demand compromising conditions under high temperatures and abrasive environments.
Flexibility and Robustness
Electrolytic chrome plating is selectively deposited to achieve hard chrome in a controlled and precise manner. Our process is applicable on a wide variety of metallic surfaces, on different scales, partially or on the totality of the components.
