SANTANDER GLOBAL METAL INVOLVED IN THE EUROPEAN SPACE AGENCY’S ARIANE 6 PROJECT

Since 2019, Santander Global Metal has been leading the construction of hangars that transport parts of the Ariane 6 project to travel into space. The work consists of the manufacture of 8 units, with dimensions of up to 20 metres long and more than 6 metres wide, reaching 20 tonnes per unit, of which 4 have already been delivered and which involve great efforts both in the manufacture of the hangar and in its final finishes.
